Our face to face training courses can be held at your premises (on-site- for up to 6 delegates), at our training suite in London (in-house – for up to 8 delegates) or at a CCH training centre in the UK (public for individual delegates).

Terms and conditions
- All office-based courses are scheduled to begin at 9.30am. Half-day courses are planned to end at 12.30pm, and full day courses at 4.30pm. These timings cannot be guaranteed because time will be given to answering questions raised by delegates during the course.
- Delegates to public training courses are provided with refreshments on arrival and during breaks in the session. A buffet lunch is provided for delegates who attend full-day public training courses. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance.
- Public training cannot be tailored and is charged on a per-person basis.
- CCH reserves the right to postpone public training if there is insufficient interest.
